How to Make Delicious Avocado Toast

Channel some serious cafe vibes without spending $15 on a piece of toast. Remember that poached egg we made? Yes, the one with all the yolk! Use those new kitchen skills and make your own insta-worthy avocado toast (and save some money).



Avocado Toast

Ingredients

1 Avocado
2 slices bread
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Poached eggs

Method

  1. Toast bread in toaster
  2. Mash an avocado in a small bowl with salt and pepper
  3. Top toasted bread with mashed avocado
  4. Place poached eggs on top of toast
