Salad with poached egg

There’s not much better than some runny yolk. Believe it or not, but you can get in on the action and make your own runny poached eggs at home. The best part is it’s ridiculously easy and so quick to make!

Poached Eggs

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 tbsp vinegar
water

Method

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil
  2. Add vinegar
  3. Crack an egg in a small bowl
  4. Carefully lower the egg into the water
  5. Repeat step 3 and 4 for the second egg
  6. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes
  7. Remove the egg from the water
