We would like to inform you that Retail Catering’s last day of operations will be Wednesday December 18th 2024, and then closing until Wednesday January 8th 2025. During this period, we will not be processing or fulfilling any orders.
To ensure your needs are met before our break, please note that the last day to place orders will be Monday December 16th 2024.
Only two Retail Units will be open during holidays with modified hours, Harvest Market Ponderosa & Tim Hortons Orca. If you would like to place a Pick Up order, please contact them directly. Payments must be done in person at each unit. Also, deliveries will not be available during this period.

UBC Catering Request
We cater to all sizes of groups, whether it's an event, party, conference, convention, work retreat or just a fun hangout at UBC! When you work with us, you have access to our wide network of food partners, ensuring that there's something for everyone! To get started, simply select your food options, date and location and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Our Catering Terms and Conditions:
We do not provide catering on the weekends.
All prices posted are before taxes (GST/PST not included).
Orders must be submitted 48 business hours before your event.
Cut-off for ordering is 2:00 PM.
Minimum $50 for Pick-Up ordering.
Minimum $100 for Delivery ordering, not including delivery fee.
Delivery fee is $25. Our service is only drop-off, it does not include set-up & take down.
Delivery fee is charged per location, meaning that if you order items from two different places in the same order, $25 will be charged from each store.
Delivery service is only available Monday to Friday.
Cancellation/Modification of the confirmed order can be done 48 business hours before the event at no cost. After that, the full amount of the confirmed order will be charged.
Payments processing is done only through Department Cards (Yellow UBCcard) or Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) over the phone.
ISD payments (internal form) are available only for orders over $3500.
