Chris Grosse

Chris was the trailblazing Sous Chef at Open Kitchen Commissary from 2016 to 2019. Chris worked in marketing and advertising for five years before training as a chef at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary. His diverse experience in bistros, fine dining and the Calgary Flames food services team inspired his work at Open Kitchen.
