1 Cup whole wheat penne pasta
½ Cup smoked tofu
½ Cup cherry tomatoes
- Cook pasta on stove according to package instructions
- Slice cherry tomatoes in half
- Drain pasta and top with pesto, smoked tofu, and cherry tomatoes
