How to Make the Best Microwave Baked Sweet Potato

Ahh… the art of the baked sweet potato. Watch this video to learn how to make the best microwave baked sweet potato.



Baked Sweet Potato

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 sweet potato
½ tbsp cooking oil
½ cup canned refried beans
2 tbsp guacamole
2 tbsp salsa

Method

  1. Rub oil on sweet potato
  2. Puncture sweet potato with fork
  3. Place sweet potato in the microwave for 5 minutes. 
  4. Top sweet potato with refried beans, salsa, and guacamole
  5. Enjoy!
