How to Make Easy Energy Balls

Need a pick-me-up during your afternoon class? Look no further than these super easy no-bake energy bites. Packed with fibre and plant-based protein, they make for a great snack in between meals.


Energy Balls

Ingredients

1 ¼ cup rolled oats
3 tbsp ground flax seeds
¼ cup raisins
½ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup honey/maple syrup

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine
  2. Roll 1 tbsp portions of the mixture into balls
