‘Tis the season to enjoy time with friends and family! Wellbeing also means enjoying holiday treats! This 3 ingredient vegan Chocolate Peppermint Mousse is a crowd pleaser and get this… no cooking required! Let’s do this!



Chocolate Peppermint Mousse

Ingredients

1 Can full-fat coconut cream
1 Cup chocolate chips
1 Crushed candy cane

Method

  1. Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30-second increments until melted
  2. Place coconut cream, melted chocolate, and crushed candy cane in a mixing bowl and stir until combined
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm
