Looking for an easy breakfast or study snack during this busy exam period? Smoothies make the best quick and healthy meal to go! You can make your own chocolate banana smoothie (it tastes like a chocolate milkshake)! Packed with fibre, protein, healthy carbohydrates and fat, this smoothie makes for a tasty breakfast or snack before you hit the books.



Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Banana
½ Cup mixed greens
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
3 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Cup milk
Ice cubes

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth
