Blueberry Overnight Oats
Yield: 1 serving
1 cup rolled oats (gluten free as needed)
1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
½ cup frozen blueberries
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp cinnamon
- Add oats, milk, hemp hearts, cinnamon and blueberries together in a mason jar or a bowl.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Seal and chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
