How to Make a Blueberry Overnight Oats

Rushing out the door in the morning to make it to class? Want to sleep in a few extra minutes? Try making this super easy and tasty overnight oats the night before – full of fibre, protein, and healthy carbohydrates to keep you energized and satisfied all morning.



Blueberry Overnight Oats

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats (gluten free as needed)
1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
½ cup frozen blueberries
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Add oats, milk, hemp hearts, cinnamon and blueberries together in a mason jar or a bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Seal and chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
