Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Prepare these delicious oats the night before for a ready-to-go breakfast the next day!


Apple Pie Overnight Oats Recipe

Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

1 cup oats
1 apple, grated (unpeeled)
¼ cup raisins and/or unsweetened shredded coconut
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1½ cups of your favourite milk, yogurt or kefir
Fresh fruit, nuts or seeds for a topping

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, jar or reusable container. If you're using a thick yogurt, you may want to thin it a little with water.
  2. Cover and soak overnight in fridge.
  3. Top with fresh fruit and/or nuts and seeds, and enjoy!
